Please arrive 30 minutes prior and enter 10 minutes prior to the show. For a pleasant show environment, entry after the beginning of the show may be restricted. Leaving and re-entering is also prohibited after the beginning of the show.

Age limit is specified according to the content of the show. Those who fall under the age limit are restricted from entering regardless of the presence of a guardian or a purchase of a ticket.

Using mobile phones during a performance may interrupt the audience. Please make sure to turn off your mobile phone before the show.

Performances are subject to copyright protection. No photography/recording is allowed. Photography and recording without prior agreement are not allowed. Some performances may allow photography during the curtain call.

No food, beverages and flowers are allowed inside the performance halls. Only water in a clear bottle with a lid is allowed. Other food is requested to be consumed at the lobby before the performance or kept at the locker room.

Please do not put your feet on the seat in front of you, and stay seated in a position that does not interrupt the other audiences. Large items or plastic bags that make noise are requested to be kept at the locker room.
