Reminder

- Tickets are refundable using the payment method used for booking (same credit card, cash)
- After buying a ticket, ticket exchange and refund are available only for the ticket holder.
- After canceling a credit card payment (credit card fee reapproved), please contact your credit card company for further information.
- Tickets reserved at another booking platform are refundable at the platform.
- Online (incl. mobile) booking and cancellation is available until 11:59 PM of the previous day of the event.
- Cancellation on the very day or before 5 PM of the previous day is available at the ticket office or through the call center.

Nonrefundable Tickets

- Free tickets and vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable.
- For groups, payment cannot be exchanged for individual tickets.
- Package tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after the first use.

Other Reminders

- The ACC is not liable for damages from transactions and transfers between individuals.
- Customers are responsible for issues caused by negligence regarding booking and theater regulations. Please note that refund fees may apply depending on the cancellation date.
